BACKGROUND: St Mary’s Youth and Community Centre is a local
voluntary organization that provides Youth based programmes in the
Tullamore area.
REGION: The post is based in Tullamore

The successful candidate will be expected to Plan, Deliver and Report
on programmes for young people aged 7 upwards, in accordance with the
organizational ethos and policies and in line with the funding
agreement.
THE DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES INCLUDE:
* Experience in the Youth Sector
* Ability to engage with various youth groups.
* An understanding of Youth and Community Work
* Experience Planning, Delivering and Evaluating Programmes.
* The ideal candidate should be flexible and motivational. Possess
excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to
engage young people in group work.
This is a fixed term contract with probation period.
